Call for Trainer on Physical Security Training

Building Community Voices (BCV) is seeking a qualified professional trainer to deliver a two-day training on Physical Security for Community Journalists and Human Rights Defenders in Ratanakiri Province.

This training aims to strengthen participants’ knowledge and practical skills to identify risks, respond to threats, and apply safety measures in their work and communities. The program will focus on situational awareness, risk mapping, de-escalation techniques, safe mobility, and integrating human rights principles into security practices.

The selected trainer will design and facilitate interactive sessions, provide practical tools and case-based learning, and ensure the training is inclusive and tailored to community and Indigenous contexts.

  • Location: Banlung City, Ratanakiri Province
  • Duration: 2 days (dates to be confirmed)

Qualified individuals or organizations with experience in physical security training, particularly with journalists or civil society actors, are encouraged to apply.
